General Discount Terms

Discounts may not be combined unless otherwise noted.
Only one discount code can be applied per order unless otherwise noted.
Some discounts may be used only once per customer or household.
Discount codes are case-sensitive and must be entered exactly as shown.
Discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases or redeemed for cash.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel any discount at any time without prior notice.
Discount codes are for single use only unless specified as multi-use.
Expired discount codes cannot be honored.

Common Exclusions

Unless otherwise stated, discounts exclude:

Shipping and handling fees (except free or discount shipping codes and automatic "Free" shipping or pick up offers)
Taxes
Previously purchased items
Special order or custom items
Live animals including bees (NUCS), and queens
Clearance or sale items (unless specifically included)

Discount Abuse Policy

We reserve the right to cancel orders or refuse service to customers who abuse discount codes, including but not limited to:

Using codes not intended for them
Sharing single-use codes publicly
Creating multiple accounts to use the same discount multiple times
Any other fraudulent or deceptive practices
